Ready-to-Ship Items

Products marked Ready-to-Ship are shipped on the next business day after your order is placed.

Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 7-14 business days, depending on the carrier and your location.

Batch Orders

Some products are produced in scheduled batches.

Batch 1

Orders marked Batch 1 are submitted for production on the 15th of each month.

Batch 2

Orders marked Batch 2 are submitted for production on the 30th of each month.

Because these items are produced in batches, delivery may take up to 30 days from the date your order is placed.

Orders Containing Multiple Items

If your order includes both Ready-to-Ship and Batch items, your order may come in multiple shipments unless otherwise noted.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
